A36 Angle Steel

Angle steel is mainly manufactured from high-quality carbon steel or low-alloy structural steel containing iron, carbon, manganese, silicon, and small amounts of other alloying elements. The production process begins with steel billets that are heated to high temperatures before passing through multiple rolling mills to form equal or unequal angle sections. After hot rolling, the products are cooled, straightened, cut to standard lengths, and inspected for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. Surface treatments such as galvanizing or painting can also be applied to improve corrosion resistance for outdoor applications.
