DX51D+Z Roofing Sheet

Color coated steel sheet is produced by cutting and forming color coated steel coils into flat sheets or profiled panels. The base material is usually galvanized steel or galvalume steel coated with durable paint systems such as polyester (PE), silicon-modified polyester (SMP), high-durability polyester (HDP), or PVDF. After surface pretreatment, multiple coating layers are applied and baked under controlled temperatures to achieve excellent adhesion, color consistency, and weather resistance. The finished sheets are inspected for coating quality, thickness, and dimensional accuracy before delivery.
