Dx53D Galvanized Steel Pipe

Galvanized steel pipe is manufactured from welded or seamless carbon steel pipes coated with a protective zinc layer. The base steel contains iron, carbon, manganese, silicon, and trace elements that provide mechanical strength and durability. After the pipe is formed, it is cleaned through pickling and rinsing before undergoing hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing. The zinc coating forms a protective barrier against corrosion and extends the service life of the pipe. Finally, the pipes are cooled, inspected, tested, cut to required lengths, and packaged for shipment.
