DX55D Galvanized Steel Plate

Galvanized steel sheet is produced by applying a zinc coating to carbon steel sheets through hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing processes. The base material contains iron with controlled amounts of carbon and alloying elements that provide excellent strength and processing performance. During production, the steel sheet is cleaned, pickled, rinsed, and dried before entering the galvanizing process. A uniform zinc layer is then formed on the surface, followed by cooling, passivation, leveling, and quality inspection to ensure excellent coating adhesion and surface finish. The finished sheets are cut into standard or customized sizes according to customer requirements.
